Ear Acupuncture

In Chinese medical philosophy, the ears form a microcosm of the human body and certain regions of the ear correspond to a specific area of the body. Applying acupuncture or acupressure via ear seeds onto these auricular points allows us to target more specific disorders.

At this clinic, Henry commonly uses ear acupuncture to treat those wishing to quit smoking and other drugs of addiction as well as to regulate endocrine imbalances for patients suffering from conditions such as hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.

Typically after a consultation, Henry will give a patient ear seed treatments whereby tiny black seeds of wang bu liu xing are attached to a patient’s ears where they may press them at their leisure. This allows for ongoing treatment outside of clinic and is an excellent therapy for patients recovering from drugs of addiction.
